On June 9, 2018, members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on general patrol duties on Ontario Avenue in the City of Elliot Lake, Ont.
Police recognized a male in a vehicle who was in violation of previous release conditions. The male was subsequently later arrested and charged.
Randolph (Randy) Kunze, 34 years of age, of Elliot Lake, Ont., was charged with:
- Fail to comply with recognizance, contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake, Ontario on July 3, 2018.
