TOWNSHIP OF THE NORTH SHORE - On May 1, 2018 shortly after 7:30 a.m., police responded to a neighbour dispute where a flag was removed from a property on Riverview Road in the Village of Serpent River within the Township of the North Shore.

  • Mischief under $5,000, contrary to section 430(4) of the Criminal Code; and with
  • Trespassing at night, contrary to section 177 of the Criminal Code.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Blind River on July 5, 2018.
