On April 29, 2018, members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police responded to a bail violations call at an apartment on Willoughby Road in Elliot Lake, Ont.
Police received information that a two persons were together who were on conditions not to be. Both parties were located and the male was subsequently arrested.
Corey Brown, 44 years of age, of Elliot Lake, Ont., was charged with:
- Fail to comply with probation order, contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River, Ont. on April 30, 2018.
