A Michigan driver is facing charges after being pulled over in Elliot Lake.
An officer was on patrol when they spotted a four-door sedan with Michigan plates on Mississauga Avenue.
Ontario Provincial Police say the driver had been charged with impaired driving last November and the officer recognized the vehicle.
Michael McCleery, 62, of Michigan was charged with operation while prohibited.
In addition, the car was impounded.
None of the allegations have been tested in court and the accused is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
