On July 3, 2024, at approximately 6:40 p.m. the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a warrant and arrested a person at a residence on Hillside Drive South.
Police attended the residence and arrested the person for failing to attend court on numerous occasions to answer to previous charges.
David Martin, 61 years old, of Elliot Lake, was charged with Failure to attend court and was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Sault Ste. Marie on July 4, 2024.
