Peacefully at the FJ Davey Home with her daughters by her side at the age of 75. Loving mother of Chantelle Horton of Troy Michigan and Shelley Chelsom (Dan) of Sault Ste. Marie. Proud Nana of Noah Pearce, Julia Horton (Nathan Phelps), Brett Pearce and Cassidy Horton. Dear sister of Donna Long (Jackie) and special sister of Bob Nicholson (Darlene). Predeceased by her parents Walter and Peggy Nicholson formerly of Iron Bridge. Remembered by nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
Sheila enjoyed painting, scrapbooking, music and travelling. She loved spending time with her grandkids creating unforgettable memories at Birchland Camp where she grew up.
She was an incredibly supportive mother who was always there for her daughters, providing guidance, wisdom and humour.
The family wishes to thank Jamie and staff at Pathways Retirement Home for their kindness and loving care of their mother. They also want to thank the staff on 2nd Floor Cedar Grove at FJ Davey Home for their compassion and support.

Family and friends are invited to visit at Beggs Funeral Home, 175 Main Street, Thessalon on Tuesday, Nov. 26, between 1-2 p.m. Interment at Spruce Grove Cemetery in Iron Bridge following visitation.
