In a social media post, today, the City of Elliot Lake related welcome news about and pictures of the Ruben Yli-Juuti Aquatic Centre.
Work on the pool is nearing completion and the centre is close to opening.
Although the city has not officially announced an opening date for the centre, the mayor and council have said the pool should be open sometime in September. This came after saying it would be open in May in earlier estimates.
