Northern Painting Solutions: A fresh coat of creativity in Espanola

Northern Painting Solutions, owned and operated by Kevin Ranni, has established itself as a go-to provider for both residential and commercial painting services

In a vibrant community such as Espanola, known for its stunning landscapes and warm-hearted residents, a new venture is making waves in the local economy and transforming homes one brushstroke at a time.

Northern Painting Solutions, owned and operated by Kevin Ranni, has quickly established itself as a go-to provider for both residential and commercial painting services since its inception in February 2024.

Ranni, a passionate painter with over a decade of experience in the industry, embarked on this journey driven by a desire to breathe new life into spaces through the transformative power of colour.

“I saw an opportunity to combine my skills with my love for creativity, providing high-quality, professional painting services,” he shared. This vision has resonated with clients across Espanola and extends to Elliot Lake, Manitoulin, Sudbury, and everything in between.

The services offered by Northern Painting Solutions are comprehensive, covering both interior and exterior projects. Whether it’s a single bedroom or an entire house, Ranni prides himself on a swift turnaround time that meets the specific needs of his customers.

“It’s hard to give an exact timeframe since it depends on coats and customer needs, but we recently completed an entire house in Elliot Lake in just five days,” he noted.

To promote his business,  the company has embraced modern technology, particularly social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. He believes that showcasing before and after pictures is an effective way to connect with potential clients.

“We love to post our transformations. It gives customers a clear idea of what we can do,” he explained. This strategy not only highlights his work but also engages the community and fosters a sense of connection.

Community involvement is a cornerstone of Northern Painting Solutions. The business proudly sponsors the Espanola indoor soccer team as a way to give back, and he is continually seeking new opportunities to support local initiatives.

“We are always looking for ways to contribute positively to the community,” he stated, highlighting his commitment to building strong local ties.

One of the most rewarding aspects of running his painting business is the relationships he’s able to build with his clients. “The best part of owning my own painting business is the ability to create lasting relationships with clients while bringing their vision to life through my work,” Ranni shared.

He finds immense pride and satisfaction in seeing a project completed, knowing he has made a positive impact on someone’s home.

As the business continues to grow, Ranni is looking to expand his team. Currently, he operates solo but has a casual painter he relies on for larger projects and a social media manager handling advertising.

“I do plan on hiring some employees in the spring to help with exterior work, as we already have a handful of projects booked,” he mentioned, indicating that the demand for his services is on the rise.

With 2024 marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey, Ranni is enthusiastic about the future. He emphasizes that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of his business philosophy.

“We take pride and care every step of the way. From the booking process down to the last day of work, our customer needs come first,” he reassured potential clients.

As the business continues to make its mark in Espanola and beyond, Ranni’s passion for painting and community involvement stands out, promising a bright future for both his business and the neighbourhoods he serves.

For those looking to refresh their spaces, Ranni invites residents to connect with him through social media to discuss how Northern Painting Solutions can help bring their visions to life.
