Excitement on wheels - Kiwanis Park is open to public

City encourages everyone to stay safe by following posted rules

The All Wheels Park at Kiwanis Park is now ready for use and open to the public.

Please make sure to follow the posted rules and be safe while riding.

The rules of the park are:

  • Wait your turn and give space to others.
  • Be mindful of riders of different skill levels.
  • Do not stop in the middle of the track. Standing is only permitted outside of the track.
  • Users of the pump track are required to wear a helmet. Other safety equipment is strongly encouraged, such as knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards specifically designed for wheeled sports.
  • No running on the track
  • Unauthorized equipment is not permitted (e.g. homemade ramps, obstacles, or motorized vehicles).
  • Fighting, weapons, profanity, alcohol and tobacco are prohibited
  • To reduce the risk of injuries, the pump track should not be used during poor weather.
  • Use caution when the riding surface is wet or leaf-covered.
  • Riding surfaces may be slippery.
  • Failure to follow any of these rules may result in your being barred from this facility.
  • The City of Elliot Lake is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of the pump track.
  • Persons using the pump track do so at their own risk.
