Elliot Lake remembers (8 photos)

Scaled-back ceremony took place today at the cenotaph

In step with COVID-19 restrictions, the Remembrance Day ceremonies at the Elliot Lake cenotaph saw fewer people than in past years and the laying of fewer wreaths publicly.

Those attending adhered to the restrictions by wearing masks and social distancing, but the ceremony was truly one of remembrance.

Several wreaths were laid during the ceremony with the cenotaph area adorned with wreaths laid prior to the ceremony around it.
