You might lose an hour of sleep this weekend due to Daylight Savings Time, but we have chosen to look on the bright side (literally — there’s going to be more sunshine).
So make sure you “spring ahead” your clocks Sunday at 2 a.m., and check out these suggestions for how to stay upbeat about losing an hour:
- There is one less hour of making poor choices at the bar.
- Brunch is one hour closer.
- You can miss one hour of that crappy TV show you don’t really need to watch.
- It will be one hour closer to when your kids go back to school after March Break.
- Your late winter flu is an hour closer to being over.
- You can use Daylight Savings as an excuse for being late for the next week.
- Payday is one hour closer.
- You can drive home from work in the daylight again.
And if all else fails — remember, spring is one hour closer!
