The City of Elliot Lake is asking residents to make this Halloween inclusive of all.

About 400,000 kids in Canada will face barriers to Trick-or-Treating in the form of stairs and other obstacles to differently-abled bodies.

The city is referring residents to Treat Accessibly's website which offers tips, videos and signage to help make homes more accessible to all trick or treaters.
