Elliot Lake City Council and City Staff are saddened to learn of the recent passing of Mr. Tom Farquhar.
All City flags are flying at half-mast in recognition of the former Councilor’s lasting contributions to this community.
Tom served as a Councilor in Elliot Lake from 2010-2014.
We offer our condolences to all of former Councilor Farquhar’s family and friends.
