TOWN OF BLIND RIVER

Destination Northern Ontario, The Town of Blind River, and Mississauga First Nation were nominated for two categories at Econic Developers Council of Ontario’s 68th annual conference in Toronto this week. Over 120 nominations were entered for consideration at this year’s conference.
The tripartite nomination won first place in the “Excellence in Economic Development” rural category (population under 100,000) and Honourable Mention in the “Visitor Attraction & Tourism Product Development” rural category (population under 100,000).
