A confirmed case of COVID-19 has been reported at Collège Notre-Dame.
The individual is currently self-isolating and being monitored by Public Health Sudbury & Districts while the investigation continues, said a letter dated March 2 posted on the Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon website.
Students and staff associated with the MHFUN-01 class are dismissed as a result of the case, as well as identified students and staff not linked to a specific class cohort.
All staff and students having a close contact have been identified and would have received a letter from Public Health & Districts with further direction, the board said.
