Voting for Kraft Hockeyville is now open

Elliot Lake hoping to replace its arena with the help of first-prize money from the contest

Voting for Kraft Hockeyville is officially open until Saturday, March 30 at 5 p.m.

Go to hockeyville.kraftcanada.ca to vote for Elliot Lake now, says a news release from the city.

You can vote an unlimited amount of time, but you can only have one account per person.

Many Elliot Lakers say they plan to, 'Vote, vote, vote!'

For folks who don't have internet access, the City is setting up computers at Collins Hall.

There are four communities from across Canada left in the running to win $250,000 and an NHL game.

Elliot Lake has been without an arena since September, which means that teams and players are travelling out of town to hit the ice. The community has its eye on the first-place prize money to help replace the Centennial Arena.

The results will be announced during Saturday's Hockey Night in Canada broadcast after the first period.
